Upstate (AI Upstate Partners, operated by Jake Podkowka) keeps this short and honest. This page explains what I collect when you reach out, why, and who touches it.

What I collect

What I receive depends on how you choose to get in touch. If you book through the scheduling link, I receive the appointment details and contact information you provide there. If you use the callback form on the RIA page, I collect your first name, phone number, email address, any context you choose to share about your business, and your preferred callback time. If you email or text me directly, I receive the information in that message.

Like most websites, the site host also processes basic request data, such as IP address and browser information, to deliver and protect the site. The callback form uses IP address information for basic rate limiting and abuse prevention.

Why I collect it

I use this information to schedule and prepare for a conversation, respond to your inquiry, and, if we work together, manage our working relationship. If you provide a phone number, I may call or text you about your request. I do not add inquiries to marketing lists or send unsolicited promotional messages.

Who processes it

I keep the list of third parties deliberately small:

• Vercel, Inc.— hosts this website and provides Vercel Web Analytics. Website requests and callback-form submissions are processed through Vercel’s infrastructure.
• Google Calendar — hosts the appointment scheduling page linked from this site. Information submitted there is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

Upstate does not sell personal information or use advertising or cross-site tracking on this website. Upstate does not currently use an AI workflow to process callback-form submissions.

How long I keep it

I keep what you send only as long as I need it to respond and, if we work together, to maintain our working relationship. Ask me to delete it at any time and I will.

Your choices

You can ask what I have on file, correct it, or have it deleted. Just email jake@aiupstate.com or text (315) 316-2694.
