Upstate (AI Upstate Partners, operated by Jake Podkowka) keeps this short and honest. This page explains what I collect when you reach out, why, and who touches it.

What I collect

When you submit the callback form, I collect the details you choose to enter: your first name, phone number, email address, any context you add about your business, and your preferred time for a callback. I also receive standard technical data that every website gets — your IP address and basic request information — used for security and to keep the site running.

Why I collect it

One reason: to call or text you back about your inquiry and to follow up on a possible engagement. By submitting your phone number you consent to my contacting you by phone or text about your request. I don’t add you to marketing lists and I don’t send spam.

Who processes it

I keep the list of third parties deliberately small:

I do notsell your personal information, and I don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How long I keep it

I keep what you send only as long as I need it to respond and, if we work together, to maintain our working relationship. Ask me to delete it at any time and I will.

Your choices

You can ask what I have on file, correct it, or have it deleted. Just email jake@aiupstate.com or text (315) 316-2694.

Changes

If this changes, I’ll update this page and the date at the top.
